Pre-Order Notice

Strande is currently taking pre-orders while our first stock shipment is in transit. Your card is charged at checkout, and your order ships as soon as stock arrives. We'll email you directly with any updates on timing.

Delivery (once shipped)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of shipping. Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 4–6 business days after processing. Tracking is provided by email once your order ships.

Returns

Due to the nature of hair extensions, we're unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened, worn, or altered. Unopened, unused product in its original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Contact us at dana@strandehairextensions.com before returning any item. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
