Wholesale Terms & Agreement

These Wholesale Terms & Agreement (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Strande, LLC (“Strande,” “we,” “us”) to approved wholesale customers (“you,” “the Buyer”). By submitting a wholesale application, placing an order, or using a Strande wholesale account, you agree to these Terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility

Strande wholesale accounts are available exclusively to licensed cosmetology, barbering, or related professionals in active, good standing with their state licensing board. By applying, you confirm that you hold a valid professional license and that all information and documentation submitted (including your license and any resale certificate) is accurate and current. Strande reserves the right to verify licensure at any time and to deny or revoke wholesale access if this requirement is not met.

2. Wholesale Pricing & Tiers

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts and is not to be published, screenshotted, or shared publicly. Pricing is tiered by order quantity as shown at checkout and is subject to change without notice; the price in effect at the time an order is placed applies to that order.

3. Ordering & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by Strande and may be declined or adjusted due to stock availability. Payment is due in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed in writing. Strande accepts the payment methods made available at checkout.

4. Pre-Order Notice

Strande is currently fulfilling orders on a pre-order basis while initial stock is secured. Placing a pre-order authorizes Strande to charge your payment method at checkout; your order will ship once stock arrives. Strande will notify you by email of any material delay.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped per the timelines stated on our Delivery & Returns page. Strande is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier once an order has been handed off for delivery. Risk of loss transfers to the Buyer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Damaged Goods

Returns are accepted subject to the terms on our Delivery & Returns page. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, to qualify for replacement or credit.

7. Resale Restrictions

Products purchased through a Strande wholesale account are intended for use in your own professional services or for direct resale to your own clients as installed or applied extensions. You may not: resell Strande products in bulk or unaltered to other stylists, salons, or distributors; list Strande products for sale on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, or Etsy); or represent yourself as an authorized Strande retailer, distributor, franchisee, or brand partner without first entering into a separate written agreement for such with Strande that is approved by Strande and signed by both parties. Strande reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale access for any violation of this section or this agreement.

8. Product Use, Disclaimers & Liability

Strande products are professional-grade hair extensions intended for application by, or under the guidance of, a licensed professional. Strande makes no implied or express warranties beyond the condition of the product as shipped and is not responsible for outcomes, losses, damages, or claims related to application, styling, chemical treatment, or use of the product by the Buyer or the Buyer's clients. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Strande's liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

Strande may suspend or terminate a wholesale account or Buyer at its sole discretion, including but not limited to, for failure to maintain a valid professional license, non-payment, violation of these Terms, or misuse of wholesale pricing or access to the products or misuse of the products

10. Strande Brand & Intellectual Property

The Strande name, logo, and brand assets remain the property of Strande, LLC. Wholesale access does not grant any license to use Strande's name, logo, or marketing materials in your own branding, advertising, or product listings without separate written permission.

11. Changes to These Terms

Strande may update these Terms from time to time and such changes posted by Strande. Continued use of a wholesale account after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Exclusive venue for any disputes regarding, relating to, or arising from this agreement shall be Travis County District Court, Travis County, Texas.
